The PIF Steering Committee (PSC) consists of PIF's pastoral leadership and a few leaders of PIF approved by the Board of Elders of Promise Ministries International to ensure that the responsibilities of the local church are fulfilled in PIF.

The PSC aims to fulfill its role by primarily providing counsel and assistance to the pastoral leadership, while also providing checks and balances within the ministry, ensuring that all important decisions of the church incorporate integral feedback and oversight to remain faithful to our core beliefs and values. 

The PSC strives to practice servant leadership, in humility, transparency, and fellowship with the Holy Spirit's leading seeking God's will to lead PIF as a vibrant and growing church where people find salvation and become disciples of Jesus Christ together.
